Job Location: Haos Community Space Artklasa (Dunavski Kej, 48) and Haos Community Space Trazije (Kraljice Natalije, 11) 

Job Type: Part-time (20 hours/week) or Full-time (40 hours/week)

Remote Work Policy: On-site only

Schedule: Flexible

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Marketing Manager/Marketing Generalist who thrives in a startup environment. You will lead and execute all marketing initiatives for Haos across demand generation, brand management, email marketing, social media, events, website management, and public relations. This is a pivotal role in growing our brand’s visibility and creating a community that startups love.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract potential startups and founders to Haos.

  • Brand Management: Own and maintain brand consistency across all channels, ensuring our messaging resonates with our target audience.

  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including member engagement and promotional emails.

  • Social Media: Create and manage social media content that aligns with our community-focused brand voice and drives engagement.

  • Events: Help Event Manager organize and promote events for the Haos community, including professional networking sessions and expert talks.

  •  Website Management & Development: Maintain and optimize Haos website, ensuring an engaging, user-friendly experience.

  • Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, pitch stories, and manage press releases to increase brand visibility.

Who You Are:

  • Fluent in both Serbian and English (written and verbal).

  • 3+ years of marketing experience (non-agency).

  • Able to take full responsibility for marketing initiatives and work autonomously with minimal guidance.

  • A skilled multitasker who can juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Not afraid to face challenges and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passionate about startups and IT with a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem
