Full-time Office Manager

Hi there,
We are seeking 1 Full-time Office Manager to join our small but mighty team to help out with administrative and office tasks.

Job Location: Haos Community Space Terazije (Kraljice Natalije, 11)

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week) 

Remote Work Policy: On-site only, cannot be done remotely

Schedule: 8:30–16:30, Mon–Fri

Role Overview:

Part 1: Administrative tasks (40 % of the workload)

  • Warmly welcome Haos Residents and handle their questions and requests

  • Manage phone and email inquiries

  • Accept and log payments 

  • Preparing and printing contracts

  • Issue invoices

  • Handling the calls with our building, handyman etc

  • Send reminders about payments and track them

Part 2: Space (40% of the workload)

  • Keeping the space clean during the day (loading and unloading the dishwasher, taking care of any spills etc. Regular cleaning is done every day by a professional team)

  • Setting up the terrace

  • Keeping the space organized (add coffee capsules, tea, tissues)

  • Order supplies as needed and meet deliveries 

  • Keeping our storage organized 

  • Report and find solutions for maintenance issues

  • Suggest ideas to improve the space

Part 3: Community (10% of the workload)

  • Helping with organizing and hosting community events, like Breakfasts and Happy Hours

  • Onboard Residents who are new to the community

Who You Are:

  • You had some work experience

  • You’re comfortable with physical tasks, and you find satisfaction in keeping things tidy and organized 

  • You have a keen eye for detail and ensure tasks are completed accurately

  • You like to maintain order and enjoy creating a clean, organized workspace

  • You’d like to take on a bit more responsibility and explore a client-facing role.

  • You speak Serbian fluently
